Lunch Today – We’d love for you stay for lunch. It’s a carry-in lunch. We’ll provide Pulled Pork from Cody’s. Please bring a side dish or two!!
Progressive Dinner – On Saturday, November 15, we will have a progressive dinner. It will start with Hors D’oeuvres at one house, then salads at second house, a main course at a third house, and finally desserts at the church facility. We are planning on providing child care at the church for a small donation to our youth group. All are welcome. Please sign up.
Haiti Trip – We will be taking a mission trip to Haiti the end of January. Dates are January 27 to February 3rd (Tuesday to Tuesday). Estimated cost will be $1500. If you would like to go, don’t let cost stop you. You need to immediately apply for a passport and see about getting vaccinations. Let Pastor Brian know as soon as possible.
Annual Haiti Banquet is scheduled for January 17th, 2009 at the Walkway. We would like 10 families to donate an item valued between $50 and $100 for our silent auction. We would like everyone else to consider donating something for the auction. Also, you could start planning to fill a table with friends who might be interested in donating to our great cause. We could use the help!
Offering – We don’t “pass a plate” at The Crossover, but we do take an offering in the box by the door. All of our ministries are financed from this one source. We would appreciate your help.
