CORE Weekend

June 27 & 28th are CORE Weekend. We will NOT have morning worship on June 28th. There will be a joint service at Baker Gym at Charleston High School at 6PM on Sunday, June 28th. We will resume regular services on July 5th.

June 17 (Wed) – 6:30PM – ROCK & RIOT Youth Groups -- 7th to 12th Grade ONLY
June 21 (Sun) – Father’s Day!!
June 21 (Sun) – Collecting spare change the Needs Team!
June 21 (Sun) – 6PM – Help us decorate Kid’s Church for the month of July
June 27-28 (Sat-Sun) – CORE Weekend – Community Service Projects all weekend!
June 28 (Sun) – 6PM – CORE Worship Celebration – Charleston High School in Baker Gym
July 5 (Sun) – 11:30AM – Carry-in Lunch. We’ll provide the meat, drinks, and tableware.
July 14-21 (Tue-Tue) – Haiti Trip
August 29 (Sun) – Tough Question Sunday

CORE Registration – We need you to sign up to do service projects on June 27&28. There are all kinds of projects at different times. You can sign up for one or more. Ask Maria if you have any questions.

Offering – We don’t “pass a plate” at The Crossover, but we do take an offering in the box by the door. All of our ministries are financed from this one source. We would appreciate your help.

Youth Groups – The K-6th grade youth group will be taking the summer off. The 7th-12th grade youth group plans to meet through June.

Facebook – Many of us at The Crossover are on Facebook. You can join at www.facebook.com. Search for The Crossover Church and join the group. More and more people will ask, “How did you know about that?” And the answer is Facebook.

Home Groups will be taking the summer off. We hope to gather to do all kinds of large and small fun gatherings. You can make this happen simply by buying some chips and pop and inviting some people over to your house. Groups will start back up in September.
